PAYMENT
All payments made via The Nail Base.co.uk website are processed through Paypal and are subject to their terms and conditions. All goods remain the property of The Nail Base until full payment has been received and verified.
PRICING
Prices are based in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT at a rate of 20%. Prices are per item unless otherwise stated for quantities shown. All prices are subject to fluctuation due to factors beyond the Company’s control.
DELIVERY
The Nail Base will endeavour to dispatch your order first class on the day of receipt. You will normally receive your order within 3-5 working days however any time or date given for delivery of the goods whether specified in the order or otherwise shall be taken as an estimate made by the Company in good faith, but shall not be binding as a term of the Contract otherwise. Time of delivery is not the essence for the purposes of the Contract and the Company will not be liable for any loss or damage sustained by the customer in the consequence of any failure to deliver within such time or date in consequence of the delay howsoever caused.
GUARANTEE
The Nail Base will have no liability to the Customer whatsoever in respect of incorrect storage, failure to observe the instructions or recommendations regarding the use of the goods.
